B超仪用于山羊妊娠诊断的准确性和安全性评价

摘　　要：经对1820只胚胎移植后33-80d的受体山羊进行B超妊娠诊断,妊娠羊诊断准确率为99.92％(1210／1211),未妊娠羊诊断准确率为99.39％(605／609)。被反复诊断羊只未出现异常现象,所产羔羊健康,发育良好。由此可见,B超用于山羊早期妊娠诊断,具有准确率高、安全可靠、容易操作等特点,可在生产中大力推广应用。Eighteen hundreds and twenty goats, which were transferred embryos,were diagnosed by ultrasonic scanning to define pregnant circumstances after 33-80d.The results showed that the accuracy of pregnancy diagnosis were 99.92% (1210/1211) and 99.39% (605/609)for pregnant goats and non-pregnant goats respectively.All of kids lambed by recipient,which were diagnosed repeatedly,were in good health and quick-growth. There was no any abnormal phenomenon in the kids. Thus it can be seen that the ultrasonic scanning is accurate, secure and easy to operate for early pregnancy diagnosis in goats and it can be used in practice widely.
