摘 要:本文调查了粤黄鸡两个选育方向和交配方式均不同的品系的血液淀粉酶(Amy-1)各世代的分布情况,并以不同Amy-1类型的粤黄鸡作了交配试验。发现两个品系各世代都始终保持Amy-1分布不平衡状态,这种分布不平衡可能由各种Amy-1基因型生活力不同引起;另外,人工选择也可能造成Amy-1基因频率的改变。交配方式是否对Amy-1基因频率的改变起作用值得进一步研究。The distribution of blood amylase (Amy-1) in two lines of Yuehuang chicken in which different sekction goal and different mating system were carried out was investigated. Mating experiments between various Amy-1 phenotypes wer e also conducted The results showed that the dis-equilibria of Amy-1 distribution in the two lines, which were probably caused by the various vitalities of different Amy-1 genotypes, were maintained from generation to generation during the selection and breeding. In addition, artificial selections for economic tarits could change Amy-1 gene frequencies. What action on the Amy-1 gene frequency changes that mating system produced should be studied further.
