摘　　要：本文介绍了一种用电磁无损检测法定量检测钢丝绳断丝的仪器,不但能检测到断丝位置,而且能判断断丝集中区内的断丝根数,当最危险段内的断丝根数超过安全规程时,可鸣叫报警。仪器定量分辨力高、工作稳定可靠。断丝定量准判率大于80%。This paper introduces an apparatus for quantitative in—service inspection of bro-ken wires of steel ropes,which is based on electromagnectic defectoscopy principle.The apparatuscan quantitatively determine the number and the locations of broken wires on an in—service steelrope,and indicate the location of the most dangerous lay of the tested rope and the total numberof broken wires within the rope lay.When the number of broken wires reaches a certain limit setby the safety code,the apparatus will alarm automatically.The apparatus features high quantita-tive resolution,high reliability and stability.The accurate judgement rate of the broken wires ismore than 80%.
