摘  要:应用扫描电镜对中国西北部荒漠中 16科 40属 6 4种、3变种 1亚种、91个地方居群的种子微形态结构进行了研究 .实验结果表明 ,荒漠植物种子微形态结构在不同分类等级上表现出丰富的多样性 ,种子表面纹饰可分为 13种基本类型 .植物亲缘关系、系统演化、时间、空间等诸多因子对种子性状均可产生不同程度的影响 .荒漠植物种子微形态结构与生理功能及生态环境间存在一定的内在联系 .The microstructures of some desert plant seeds in northwest China were studied with a scanning electronic microscope.Samples were collected from 91 local populations represent 68 taxons that belong to 16 families,40 genera.An abundant diversity at all systematic levels and ubiquitous population variation were discovered in the seed microstructures;and the ornaments on spermoderm were generalized into 13 types.By investigating the effects of evolutionary relationships,time and space on the ornaments on spermoderm,this paper noted the association of spermoderm ornaments with the physiological function of the seeds and ecological environments of the plants.The results indicated the adaptability of desert plants to adverse environments provides new data and theory for resolving classification problem,screening sand-fixing plants,distinguishing desert medical plants and performing seed quarantine.
