板式-长管式蒸发器串联运行的几点认识

摘　　要：本文主要介绍镇江纸浆厂采用板式、长管式两种蒸发器串联运行的生产流程、板式降膜蒸发器的简要结构,板式-长管式蒸发器在蒸发浓缩芒秆、芦苇硫酸盐法制浆黑液中的性能比较,芒、苇制浆黑液的粘度特性对黑液蒸发作业的影响,以及板式蒸发器在生产运行中需注意解决的问题等。Structure of the first China made falling film plate evaporator was illustrated briefly and the production process of a serial plate evaporator-long tube evaporator system in Zhenjiang Pulp & Paper Mill was introduced.The influence of viscosity characteristics of sulfate black liquor of Manggan and reed on evaporating process was discussed. The performances of the plate evaporator and long tube evaporator in evaporating black liquor of Manggan and reed were compared. It was proved by production that the long tube evaporator would not have good effect unless the concentration of black liquor entering into the evaporator was less than or equal to 20%, the evaporating effect would go down markedly When the concentration of black liquor increased and the evaporation condition would be worse when the concentration was increased by 37 - 38%. On the other hand the plate evaporator was superior to the long tube evaporator in evaporating performance, it could achieve good results even the concentration of black liquor entering the evaporator reached 30 - 35%. Therefore the long tube evaporator was suggested to be used to evaporate black liquor to an half-concentrated state, afterwards the concentration of half-concentrated black liquor was increased further by thd plate evaporator. Such serial long tube and plate evaporators system was very effective for concentrating nonwood black liquor to.Although the plate evaporator was superior to the long tube evaporator in handling the high viscosity nonwood black liquor, the following problems in operation should be paid attention to:A, Fibers containing in the black liquor should be seperated by a mould filter before the black liquor was sent to the evap-erator.B. Scale peeling off from the plate evaporator during operation should be seperated by a bar screen which could be installed under the heating plates.
