摘　　要：针对目前冲模标准件库缺乏的问题 ,在CATIAV5的基础上 ,采用参数化的设计思路 ,建立了三维冲模标准件库CAD系统 ,实现了三维冲压模具标准件的自动建模 ,提高了模具设计的工作效率 ,缩短了企业新产品的研制周期。Aiming at the problem that standard part libraries of stamping mould are scarce, this paper proposes a method of establishing a standard part library with the methods of parametric feature-modeling on the basis of 3D CAD software, CATIA V5.The standard part library can build up models by itself, improve the efficiency of the pattern design, and reduce the time of developing new products.
