摘  要:目的:通过研究武装警察部队战士100m跑及其不同训练手段对机体生化水平的影响,了解战士速度能力的现状,为合理的进行速度训练提供思路。方法:选择3个不同速度能力等级的战士作为研究对象,分别进行100m跑和30m×5次跑、50m×5次跑、70m×5次跑,不同负荷形式的跑的测试间隔为3d。比较同一等级的战士和不同等级的战士在完成不同训练内容时的血乳酸水平。结果:100m跑及30m×5次跑、50m×5次跑和70m×5次跑后的血乳酸值3组间有显著性差异(P<0.001)。100m全力跑时优秀组的血乳酸值最高,为(10.37±1.60)mmol/L,中等组最低,为(7.90±1.13)mmol/L。而3组进行等负荷的短距离重复跑时优秀组和良好组的血乳酸值较低。结论:根据不同练习手段产生血乳酸的差异,作者认为3组战士发展速度的训练手段应有所不同。AIM: To study the effect of 100 meter running and different trainings on the biochemical levels of organic body so as to know the situation of speed capacity and provide reasonable way to establish speed training.METHODS: Soldiers in three different speed rates were selected as subjects, and 100 m running, 30 m×5 running, 50 m×5 running, 70m×5 running were arranged to them respectively. The interval of different running was three days. The levels of blood lactic acid were measured and compared in the same rated soldiers and in the different rated soldiers after all kinds of trainings.RESULTS: The blood lactic level was very significantly different among the three groups after 100 m running, 30 m×5 running, 50 m×5 running and 70 m×5 running(P< 0.001). The highest level of blood lactic acid was (10.37±1.60)mmol/L for the excellent group and the lowest one was (7.90±1.13) mmol/L for the moderate group after 100 m running. The levels of blood lactic acid in the excellent group and good group were relatively lower after the same load short distance running.CONCLUSION: According to the different levels of blood lactic acid during different trainings, the authors consider that the training to improve the speed capacity should be different for the different groups.
