摘 要:目的:观察点压肾俞、照海穴对网球运动员定量负荷后血液流变性和自由基代谢的影响,探讨点穴法在运动训练中的作用。方法:11名男子网球运动员,随机分为训练组和点穴组。所有队员每天进行一次训练,点穴组在训练结束后1h内进行双侧肾俞、照海穴点压,2min/次,共8周。实验前后均采用功率自行车进行负荷实验,于20min内完成定量负荷运动;取静脉血测定全血黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞变形性指标、红细胞刚性指数和血清超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量。结果:实验前两组各观察值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验8周后点穴组全血黏度在低切变率下、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数较训练组降低(P<0.05);全血黏度在高、中切变率下和红细胞变形性指标、红细胞刚性指数、血清超氧化物歧化酶活性未见显著性变化,丙二醛含量点穴组明显低于训练组也低于实验前(P<0.01)。结论:点穴可以提高机体对运动的适应能力,减轻运动对血液流变性能的不良影响和自由基介导的脂质过氧化反应。AIM:To observe the influence of pressing Shenshu and Zhaohai acupoints on the blood fluidity and free radical metabolism in tennis athletes after quantitative load exercise,and investigate the role of digital acupoint pressure in exercise training. METHODS:Eleven male tennis athletes were randomly divided into training group and digital acupoint pressure group(pressure group).All the athletes were trained once a day,and pressure at the bilateral Shenshu and Zhaohai acupoints was given to athletes in the pressure group within 1 hour after training for 8 weeks,and 2 minutes each time.Before and after experiment,all the athletes fulfilled quantitative load exercise on a cycle ergometer in 20 minutes,and then venous blood was drawn to determine blood viscosity(BV),hematocrit(HCT),erythrocyte aggregation index(EAI), erythrocyte deformability index(EDI), erythrocyte rigid index(ERI),serum activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and content of malondialdehyde(MDA). RESULTS:There were no significant differences in all the indexes between the two groups(P >0.05).After experiment for 8 weeks as compared with the training group,the low shear BV, HCT and EAI were decreased in the pressure group(P< 0.05),and there were insignificant changes in the high and middle shear BV,EDI,ERI and serum activity of SOD in the pressure group. The MDA content after experiment in the pressure group was obviously than that in the training group and that before experiment(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:Digital acupoint pressure can improve the adaptability of organ to exercise, also relieve the harmful effect of exercise on hemorheology and exercise mediated lipid peroxidation.
