摘　　要：目的 观察调经助孕胶囊治疗肾阳虚型不孕症的临床疗效及不良反应,以探讨补肾中药对不孕症患者性腺轴变化的调节作用。方法 筛选肾阳虚型不孕症患者200例,随机分为治疗组120例(口服调经助孕胶囊),对照组80例(口服克罗米芬)。结果 治疗组有效率93.3%,妊娠率70.8%,未破裂卵泡黄素化(LUF)率1.6%,卵泡过度生长率0,致畸率0,自然流产率0;对照组有效率80.0%,妊娠率43.8%,LUF率31.7%,卵泡过度生长率12.5%,致畸率8.5%,自然流产率17.1%。两组比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组血清FSH、LH、E2测定治疗前后存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 调经助孕胶囊能宏观调节性腺轴功能,促进卵泡发育,调经作用显著,明显改善肾阳虚症状,妊娠率高,不良反应小,优于对照组。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effectiveness and its poisonous side reaction of Capsule of Regulating Menstruation Assisting Pregnancy treating insufficiency of the kidney-yang type infertility, so as to explore the functions of regulation of the change of sex gland bond axis of infertility patients with traditional Chinese medicine on tonifying the kidney. Method screening 200 cases of insufficiency of the kidney-yang infertility patients and divided into one treatment group 120 cases (oral application of Capsule of Regulating Menstruation Assisting Pregnancy), one control group 80 cases (oral application of clomifene). Results The effective rate of treatment group 93.3%, pregnancy rate 70.8%, unbroken folliculus flavin (LUF) rate 1.6%, folliculus overgrowing rate 0, abnormality rate 0, spontaneous abortion rate 0. The effective rate of control group 80.0%, pregnancy rate 43.8%, LUF rate 31.7%, folliculus overgrowing rate 12.5%, abnormality rate 8.5%, spontaneous abortion rate 17.1%. The six data comparison of the two groups have significant differences (P<0.05). The measurement of serum FSH, LH, E2 of treatment group have significant difference before and after the treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The Capsule of Regulating Menstruation Assisting Pregnancy could have macro-adjustment on functions of sex gland bond axis, promoting follicular development, with apparent regulating menstruation, improving the symptom of insufficiency of the kidney-yang. It has higher pregnancy rate, less side effects, which are superior to the control group.
