心绞痛综合治疗与单纯中药治疗比较研究

摘　　要：目的 观察中药配合针灸、气功治疗冠心病心绞痛,研究中药、针灸、气功三者相结合与单纯中药和针灸对冠心病心绞痛的差异。方法 用温胆汤加味并配合针灸、气功治疗冠心病心绞痛30例,并设单纯中药组30例、西药组30例作为对照;观察心绞痛症状、中医证候改善、动态心电图、血脂、血液流变学、抗氧化治疗等的变化。结果 综合治疗组心绞痛症状缓解率为80%,中医证候改善率为85%,与中、西药组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。左心室舒缩功能明显改善,与中药组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),与西药组比较无显著性差异。血脂降低,与另两组比较有显著差异,血液流变学有显著改善(P<0.01)。SOD及MDA治疗后亦有显著改善(P<0.05)。结论 综合疗法组疗效优于单纯中药组,在心绞痛缓解、心率改善、中医证候改善、血脂改善、抗氧化方面亦优于西药组。Objective To study the advantage of combination effect of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and Qigong on angina pectoris to simple medicine and simple western medicine. We combine traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture and Qigong to treat the angina pectoris and compare the clinical therapeutic effects with the treatment of western medicine and the treatment of Chinese herbs only. Methods 90 cases of AP with phlegm syndrome were randomly divided into 3 groups, 30 cases of angina pectoris were treated with the integration of herbs, acupuncture and Qigong (treatment group), 30 cases with simple Chinese herbs (control group) and 30 cases with simple western medicine (control group). Change of syndrome, Doppler echocardiogram, the blood lipid, hemorheology and antioxidant therapy was observed. Results In the treatment group, the effective rate of AP was 85% and for syndrome was 85%, far better than simple Chinese herbs and simple western medicine (P<0.05). The effect on blood lipid, hemorheology and antioxidant were far better in treatment group than other two groups (P<0.01), there was significant difference in therapeutic effects among three groups. Conclusion The combined treatment can effectively increase therapeutic effect of AP than simple Chinese herbs, and it is also better than western medicine on the aspects of serum lipid, blood flow virility, syndrome and antioxidant. It is one of effective methods for angina pectoris.
