疏乳宁胶囊治疗乳腺囊性增生病的临床与实验研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨疏乳宁胶囊治疗乳腺囊性增生病的疗效及作用机制。方法 将120例患者随机分为两组。治疗组服用疏乳宁胶囊,对照组服用乳癖消,两组疗程均为25 d。结果 治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对消除乳房包块、减轻乳房胀痛,治疗组有效率均大于对照组(P<0.05)。动物实验表明,疏乳宁胶囊具有镇痛作用及对实验性乳房增生模型的治疗作用。结论 疏乳宁胶囊是治疗乳腺囊性增生病的有效药物之一。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and action mechanism of Shuruning capsule to patients with mammary gland cystic hyperplasia disease. Methods 120 cases were divided into two group randomly. The therapy group was treated with Shuruning capsule and the control group was treated with Rupixiao. The therapy course was all 25 days. Result The effective rate was 97.5% in the therapy group and 70% in the control group (P>0.01). The effective rate of precluding mammary gland mass and relieving mammary gland edema ache symptom in therapy group was higher than in control group (P<0.05). Shuruning capsule has effective analgesic effect and has no side effect in experimental breast proliferation animal cast. Conclusion Shuruning capsule is one of the effective drugs in the therapy of mammary gland cystic hyperplasia disease.
