摘　　要：本文介绍了涤棉卡其碱减量的原理;对影响碱减量的浓度、反应时间、表面活性剂用量和温度四个主要因素作了一系列试验,并进行分析、探讨;从中筛选出最佳工艺条件,并推广应用于正常生产。实践证明该工艺是切实可行的。The principle of alkali degration of T/C drills is given here. A series of tests are carried out with the respects of the concentration of NaOH, reaction time, the amount of surfactant and temperature in degration procedure. An optimal technological process is chosen out of above-mentioned analysis.
