摘 要:采用物理化学相分析方法对GH4199镍基变形高温合金不同成分的板材和棒材的析出相进行了定性、定量分析。详细研究了各种析出相的分离、分析方法,实现了M6C和W-Mo固溶体的分离与定量测定。研究表明,标准热处理试样主要析出相为γ′,M6C和W-Mo固溶体,经800℃长期时效后,大量的μ相生成,同时还析出较多的富铬相,如:M23C6,σ和α-Cr。同时探讨了不同C,Al,Ti含量对合金析出相析出量的影响规律,发现随C含量增加,M6C含量也逐渐增加,而Al,Ti含量增加也会导致γ′明显增加。微量元素Mg主要分布在γ′中;析出相的种类和含量对于GH4199高温合金力学性能有一定影响;随着碳化物含量增加,合金室温拉伸强度增加而持久寿命降低。The precipitate phases in Ni-base wrought superalloy GH4199 with different composition were analyzed by using electrochemical extraction method.It was shown that the main precipitate phases in the samples with standard heat treatment were γ~′,M_6C and W-Mo.When the samples were treated with the long time aging at 800 ℃,a large quantity of phase μ and some phases containing Cr such as M_(23)C_6,σ and α-Cr were found.The separation and quantitative analysis methods of different precipitate phases were investigated.The phase of M_6C and W-Mo were successfully separated and determined.The effects of different content of C,Al,Ti on the quantity of the precipitate phases were also been studied.It was found that with the increase of C content, the M_6C content increased and the same case occurred between Al,Ti and γ~′. Trace magnesium was distributed in γ~′.The type and content of precipitate phases would affect the mechanical properties of alloy GH4199.With the increase of carbide content the tensile strength in room temperature improved but the rupture time decreased.
