摘  要:采用离心浇铸制样X射线荧光光谱测定铬铁中Cr,Si和P,能克服铁合金存在的矿物效应和颗粒效应,该方法简单、快速、精度高、准确。当Cr,Si,P的质量分数分别为66 04%,0 64%,0 016%,其相对标准偏差分别为0 18%,3 12%,6 25%。该法测定值与化学值相比,一致性较好,能满足常规分析要求。A sample preparation technique of centrifugal casting is used for XRFS analysis of Cr,Si,P in ferrochrome.The mineral effect and particle-size effect of ferrochrome can be eliminated by using the technique.When the average contents of Cr,Si,P in the sample are 65.04%,0.64%,0.016% respectively,the relative standard deviations of the determination are 0.18%,3.12%,6.25% respectively.The results were in good agreement with chemical method. The method was satisfactorily served for daily analysis.
