摘　　要：采用X射线荧光光谱法测定烧结矿中TFe,应用现代统计学理论对其分析结果不确定度的产生原因进行分析,同时对烧结矿中TFe含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评定,确定了分析结果的置信区间。Total iron content in sinter ore was determined by XRF. The causes of the uncertainty in measurement was discussed by statistics. The uncertainty of determination result for TFe has been evaluated by using a sample as a example, and the confidential interval of the results has been given.
