摘　　要：在卷布式丝光机上对纯棉纱卡及涤棉织物进行碱氯冷练、热碱丝光、冷堆氧漂的工艺试验,其半制品质量达到了一般卷布式平幅汽蒸练漂与布铗丝光的水平。试验结果表明,采用卷布式丝光机可大大地缩短前处理工艺流程,简化操作,节约投资和占地面积,并能大量节约能源,染化料消耗亦低于常规工艺,适合小批量、多品种生产。A series processing trials are carried out on all cotton drills on a batch mercerizer, which includes alkali-chlo-rine cold-scouring, hot caustic soda mercerizing and peroxide cold batch bleaching. Results from the trials made on this compact machine demonstrate that the quality of the semi-finished goods reach the same level as that of. tradi-tional open-width steam scouring as well as chain mercerizer.
