摘　　要：本文阐述了循环经济的内涵,分析了循环经济与传统经济的区别,论述了循环经济的原则,指出循环经济的实施可以从企业、区域和社会三个层面形成一体化的循环经济体系。文章同时对工业生态化的本质与特征进行了分析,提出工业生态化是循环经济的主要体现。The connotation of circular economy was expounded, the discriminative between circular economy and traditional economy was analyzed, the principles of circular economy were discussed. The three administrative levels of realizing circular economy were put forward which including industry, region and society. The essentiality and characteristic of industry eologicalization were analyzed also in this paper. It concluded that industry eologicalization is the main form for circular economy.
