摘　　要：经纤维支气管镜用Ar^+激光、Nd^(3+);YAG激光治疗喉的慢性炎性疾病26例,有效率达100％,术中术后无明显并发症。Twenty-six cases with chronuc inflammatory disease in throat by Ar? Laser or Nd?:YAG Laser through bronchoendscopic were treated. Among the 26 cases. 15 cases were small mode ofthe vocal cords, 11 cases were polypus of the vocal cords. total effective rate was 100%, thecomplication of perioperative period has never occured.
