摘　　要：玛瑞瓦禁令是英国法院首先采用的一种诉讼保全措施，原告在担心被告可能将其财产转移出法院管辖范围以外时，可申请法院发出玛瑞瓦禁令，禁止被告将其财产转移，玛瑞瓦禁令常常用于海事诉讼保全中，This article discribes the origin of“Mariva Injunction”and expounds the condition under which one may apply for variation and concellation of“Mariva Injunction”. It discusses the problem whether or not“Mariva Injunction”has an extra-territorial efficiency.“Mariva Injunction”is a lawsuit safety measure and can only be applied to the legal action against a person.
