摘　　要：云南省城市第三产业的发展,不能采取一刀切的发展战略。必须区别情况,充分考虑各城市规模的大小、行业内企业经济效益的差异以及吸纳就业能力的强弱等因素,因地制宜地制订对策,才能有效促进全省社会经济的发展与进步。The way to develop the Third Industry in Yunnan province could be flexible, with the consideration of different city scales, profit within different industry and the employment capacity. Therefore, to promote the social and economic development in Yunnan, all measures should suit local conditions.
