摘 要:通过理论分析,在考虑气体摩擦压力损失和扩散段液滴减速的压力回收基础上,推导出了一个准确、实用的文丘里洗涤器压力损失计算模型,并分别对3个具有不同喉管长度的文丘里洗涤器模型在液气比为0.4—1.0L/m3与喉管气速为33—58m/s条件下的压力损失进行了试验测量。结果表明:模型的理论预测值和试验值吻合良好,可以为工程设计或优化操作时文丘里洗涤器压力损失的预测方法。Through theoretical analysis and based on the gas frictional pressure drop and pressure regain in diverging section due to droplet′s deceleration, a simple and accurate model for the prediction of overall pressure drop in venturi scrubbers was deduced, and calculation data made with this model were compared with experimental data for three venturi scrubbers in different throat length operated at liquid-gas-ratio from 0.4 to 1.0 L/m^3 at throat velocities from 33 to 58 m/s. The results show that calculation data are in good agreement with that of test, which indicates that this model can be used as a computation method for practical design or optimizing the operation of a venturi scrubber.
