摘　　要：本文分析了当前学生技术应用能力和工程素质不高的原因，在此基础上提出了改革专业教学计划的方案以及用黑箱／白箱方法优化课程内容和推进课程内容现代化的方法．This paper analyzes the reasons of present low abilities of the students in technology application and quality. On the basis of analysis,a suggested plan for curriculum reform,as well as the approach of black and white boxes to optimize and modernize the course contents are proposed.
