摘 要:转炉采用高效吹氧技术可提高供氧强度0.5~1.0m3/t·min,增加钢产量10%~20%。转炉高效吹氧技术包括正确设计氧枪喷头,制定正确的供氧工艺。根据原料成分、冶炼钢种不同选择适当的造渣制度是转炉高效吹氧的重要条件。转炉高效吹氧可用于大、中、小不同类型的转炉。The intensity of oxygen supply and steel output can be increased by 0. 5-1. 0 m3/t· min and 10 %-20 % respectively provided that the high-efficiency oxygen blowing technology is applied to the converter refining. The new technology includes precise design on the oxygen lance and nozzle and establishment of proper oxygen supply schedule. One of the important factors for the high-efficiency oxygen blowing is to determine rational slag-forming practice depending upon the constitution of raw materials and different steel grades to be refined. This technology can be applied to large,medium and small sized converters of various kinds.
