摘 要:介绍了Q195-1低碳低硅钢的生产工艺,分析了影响其成分的因素及控制措施,指出将终点钢水w(C)准确控制在0.04%~0.05%和保证成品中w(Si)≥0.05%是其成分控制的关键。通过钢包喂Si- Al-Ca-Ba线,可以增加钢中Ca和Ba含量、减少夹杂物含量以及改变夹杂物形态,改善钢的力学性能。The porduction process of low carbon and low silicon steel Q195-1 is introduced and factors affecting compositions of the steel and counter measures analyzed and it is pointed out that the key to control the compositions of the steel is to control w(C) content in steel at the end-point within the limit of 0. 04 % to 0. 05 % and w(Si)≥ 0. 05 % in the finish products. It is proved that the inclusions in steel can be reduced, the inclusion shape improved and the mechanical properties of steel increased by feeding Si-Al-Ca-Ba clad wire into the liquid steel to increase the Ca and Ba content in steel.
