摘  要:介绍了以矾土、刚玉为骨料,采用磷酸盐和水玻璃作复合结合剂,并对基质矿物组成进行优化, 开发出施工性能、物理性能及抗渣性优良的混铁炉喷补料;并通过改进喷枪设计、优化喷补工艺参数,应用于混铁炉喷补取得良好的效果。The present paper introduces the way of developing the gunning material with excellent workability and physical properties as well as high slag resistance for mixer furnace by using the high quality bauxite and corundum as the aggregate and the phosphate and water glass as the composite bonding agent, and by optimizing all base ore materials. Satisfactory results have been achieved in repairing the mixer furnace by gunning this newly developed material in combination with improvement in the design of the spray gun and optimization of the parameters of the gunning process.
