摘  要:针对长庆油田的原油,研究了破乳剂的协同效应。复配破乳剂比单一破乳剂有更好的破乳效果,可以提高破乳效率和破乳速度。用二种或多种破乳剂处理长庆原油,在40℃下40分钟可以得到符合要求的净化油和清净的污水,而且不产生中间乳化层。讨论了破乳剂用量、破乳温度、时间等对破乳效果的影响。加入高分子表面活性剂可改善破乳剂的破乳效果。The synergistic effect of some demulsifiers in dehydration of crude oil from Malin Oil Field,Changqing,with water content 40-60% is studied. The demulsifiers with complementary properties in combination are mor effective than each of them used alone. Some combinations are of fast functioning and high efficiency, and more than 99% of water is separated out from the crude in 40 minutes after their introducing. The dehydration of Malin's crude by doble,triple and compound demulsifiers can be practically completed at 40℃ to give qualified oil and water without formation of emulsion interlayer.Some surfactants, alcohols and inorganic salts enhance the dehydration of crudes by demulsifiers.
