摘  要:针对石油天然气井中H_2S-CO_2-卤水系统引起的腐蚀,研制了一种水分散性有机硫磷氮缓蚀剂CT2-12,可将腐蚀速率控制在0.0760mm/a以下,基本上不引起局部腐蚀,药剂费用可控制在合理的水平上。初步探讨了H_2S浓度(0-1000mg/kg)对不同CO_2分压下的腐蚀的影响。An S,P,N-containing corrosion inhibitor, CT2-12, being soluble in oil and dis persible in water, is prepared in laboratory for use in highly corrosive H_2S/CO_2/brine media of gas/oil wells. CT2-12 in 40 ppm can control corrosivity of H_2S or CO_2 media,both gaseous and liquid, to much less than 0.076mm/a. All experiments are conducted in a test autoclave containing 5% aqueous NaCl solution. It is shown that:①the corrosion rate of CO_2 is higher at 107℃ than that at 40℃ or 125℃;②the corrosion inhibition by CT2-12 against CO_2 depends on CO_2 partial pressure and, especially,on temperature;③the corrosion rate in H_2S increases with H_2S concentration;④the corrosion ratein H_2S+CO_2 is always less than that in CO_2 alone and a minimum corrosion is observed at some H_2S concentration depending on CO_2 partial pressure;⑤CT2-12 gives high extents of corrosion inhbition in all media studied: H_2S,CO_2,H_2S+CO_2 together with 5% aqueous NaCl.
