摘　　要：目的探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎骨折的疗效。方法对 15例肱骨近端粉碎骨折行肱骨近端锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果经 3～ 6月的随访并根据Neer的百分制评分 ,优良率为 86 .6 %。结论对于年轻的肱骨近端粉碎骨折的患者采用肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗有较满意的效果。Objective To evalute the treatmat of three and four part fractures of the proximal humerus with a locking proximal humerus plate. Methods 15 comminuted fracture of proximal humerus were used with a locking proximal humerus plate in all pateients. Results 15 cases had been followed up for an average 5 months, Satisfactory results were obtained in all patients, with Neers evalution, excellent and good were 86.6%. Conclusion The locking proximal humerus plate appears to be useful device for treatment of comminuted fracture of proximal humerus in young patients.
