摘  要:使用RV20、RV100型流变仪研究了草桥、单家寺重油的流变性,用核磁共振氢谱等剖析对比了两种原油的组分化学结构,探讨了蒸汽吞吐开采工艺中的一些问题。The heavy crude oil is recovered by cyclic steam injection normally in Caoqiao Oil Field at wellhead temperatures 30-50℃ but difficultly in Shanjiasi Oil Field at wellhead temperatures 55-60℃. The abnormal point in rheologic behavior is in 49-60℃ for Caoqiao crude and in 95-120℃ for Shanjiasi crude. The two crudes are separated into four components: parafinic, aromatic, non-hydrocarbonic and asphaltenic, and the chemical structures of the later three are analysed and determined in the basis of the structural parameters obtained by ~1H-NMR, IR, GPC and elements analyses. The rheologic behavior is explained in terms of the structural parameters. The chemical structural modes are suggested for the three components of each crude. The thermal properties of the crudes are also studied in connection with the steaming process.
