摘　　要：目的 对HIV+／AIDS患者的医疗服务及其影响因素进行调查,为满足其需求提供科学依据。方法 对全国111例经血、性和吸毒3种途径感染的HIV感染者进行流行病学问卷调查和个人深入访谈,分别采用定 量分析(单因素和多因素分析)和定性分析的方法,对其医学服务需求和医疗服务满意度进行分析。结果 对医 疗服务的满意度,血途径感染者的满意率最高,达到51.61％,而吸毒感染者和性途径感染者对医疗服务满意率 仅为31.11％和20％。结论 加强医务人员对艾滋病治疗技术的培训,提高其治疗水平。Purpose To understand the medical service needs and its influential factors of human immunodeficiency virus positive/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (HIV+/AIDS) subjects in order to provide scientific evidence to take correct measures. Methods Questionnaire and in-depth interview methods were used to survey medical and psychological needs of 111 HIV+ /AIDS cases. The analysis methods included quantitative and qualitative analysis to leam the needs of medical care and its satisfaction. Results As for the medical service satisfaction, the highest was 51. 61 % among subjects transmitted by blood, while was 31. 33 % and 20. 00 % among subjects transmitted by drug and sex respectively. Conclusions It is necessary to strengthen the training of medical professionals on treatment skill to improve treatment level.
