摘　　要：目的 探讨肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折的治疗效果。方法 42例严重粉碎性肱 骨近端骨折患者,观察行切开复位肱骨近端锁定接骨板手术治疗与保守治疗的效果。结果 手术治疗组22例 病人术后随访12-20个月,骨折均愈合,肩关节活动良好,患者发生肱骨头缺血性坏死和骨折不愈合的机会少。 肩关节功能评分优于保守治疗组。结论 应用肱骨近端锁定接骨板治疗严重粉碎性肱骨外科颈骨折能有效固 定骨折块,使患者能早期进行功能锻炼。Purpose To study the therapeutic effect of locking proximal humerus plate(LPHP) in the treatment of comminuted fracture of proximal humerus. Methods Fourty- two patients with comminuted fracture of proximal humerus were chosen, observation was made after treatment with open reduction with LPHP and conservative method. Results Twenty-two patients fracture in surgery group had been union and all shoulder had good functions. The incidence of avascular necrosis and nonunion was slow. Shoulder clinical assessment score in open reduction with LPHP group was better than conservative group.Conclusions Rigid fixation of displaced comminuted fractures of proximal humerus with LPHP provides sufficient primary stability to allow early function treatment.
