高能聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨高能聚焦超声治疗宫颈糜烂的有效性及安全性。方法 采用海极星超声波妇科治疗仪对 40例宫颈糜烂患者进行聚焦超声治疗的临床观察,比较治疗前后临床症状的变化和宫颈糜烂面积的改变,综合 评价超声治疗的临床疗效。结果 聚焦超声治疗后,白带增多,性交后出血等症状基本缓缓,轻、中和重度宫颈 糜烂面积分别缩小97.89％、90.69％和81.91％;疗效分别达到100％、93.33％和72.22％。聚焦超声治疗后,宫 颈局部组织有短暂的渗出性炎症反应,阴道排液的时间约5-21 d,1月后可基本恢复正常;无组织结痂脱落出 血的过程,无宫颈瘢痕形成。结论 治疗剂量的高能聚焦超声波能安全有效地治疗慢性子宫颈炎。Purpose To investigate the efficacy and reliability of high intensity focused ultrasound treatment on chronic cervicitis. Methods The seapostar gynecological ultrasound therapeutic equipment was applied to treat 40 cases with chronic cervicitis. The changes of clinical manifestations and cervical erosion area before and after treatment were recorded and compared. And the efficacy and reliability of focused ultrasound treatment of cervicitis was generally evaluated. Results The volume of leucorrhea discharge decreased and postcoital bleeding remissioned after the treatment of high intensity focused ultrasound on chronic cervicitis The cervical erosion area with mild, moderate and severe degree cervicitis was decreased by 97.89 %,90.69%and 81.9%,respectively.The therapeutic efficacy of focused ultrasound on mild, moderate and severe cervicitis reached to 100% ,93.33% and 72.22% , respectively.The reactive exudation was transitory after treatment and large leucorrhea discharge lasted for five to twenty-one days. The patient could recovered in about one month. No severe bleeding resulted from scar-shedding occurred and there was no scar formation in the cervical canal.Conclusions High intensity focused ultrasound could treat chronic cervicitis effectively and safely. It will be one nice alternative to treat cervicitis.
