摘　　要：目的 :了解医学生抑郁状态流行情况及其与向性和自我接纳的关系。方法 :以流行病调查中心抑郁自评量表 (CES -D)、自我接纳问卷 (SAQ)及向性测验问卷为调查工具对 110 0名医学生进行问卷调查。结果 :本科生、公共卫生、药学及卫校学生抑郁症状检出率分别为 2 6 8%、 2 2 9%、 31 7%和 5 0 4 4 % ;抑郁严重程度的划分无性别差异 ,但专业间、年级间、不同学历及不同向性间的差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1) ;无抑郁症状者其自我评价、自我接纳及SAQ总量表得分均高于有抑郁倾向者 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;CES -D总分与V Q、SAQ总分及各因子分呈显著性负相关。结论 :医学生的抑郁问题不容乐观 ,自我接纳是影响抑郁情绪的重要内部心理因素 ,内向型性格则是抑郁发生的危险因素。Objective:To find out the general epidemic condition of students'depression and the relationship with tropism as well as with self-reception.Method:Using epidemic disease investigation center's CES-D,SAQ and tropism testing questionnaire as survey tools,we have carried out a questionnaire investigation among 1100 medical students.Results:Examinable rates of students'depressive symptoms among undergraduates,pubilc health depatrment,phatmacy department and health care school are 26.8%,22.9%,31.7% and 50.44% respectively;classification of depressive severity has no significant difference in sex,but significant differences have been observed among different specialties,grades,education degrees and tropisms(P<0.01);people without depressive symptons gain higher marks in self-evaluation,self-reception and total score of SQQ than those who have depression tendency,which shows a significant difference;significant negative correlations have been observed between total score of CES-D and that of V.Q.,SAQ as well as other factors.Conclusion:The problem of depression in medical students is not optimistic indeed,self-reception is one of the important internal factors that influence depressive emotions,and introversion is a dangerous factor that is able to induce depression.
