微量法测定妇康乐洗剂对念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度

摘　　要：目的　对妇康乐洗剂进行体外抗色念珠菌试验 ,测定其最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)值和最低杀菌浓度 (MFC)值。方法　采用美国临床试验标准化委员会 (NCCL S)建议的酵母菌的液基稀释法抗真菌药物敏感试验参考方案进行试验。结果　测得妇康乐洗剂 MIC50 为 12 .2～ 39.1mg· m l- 1 和 MFC为 10 5 .6～ 331.7mg· ml- 1 。OBJECTIVE To determine the minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal fungicide concentration (MFC) of Fukangle lotio against Candida. METHODS Microdilution method according to NCCLS was employed. RESULTS The MIC_(50) of Fukangle lotio ranged from 12.2 mg·ml^(-1)to 39.1 mg·ml^(-1) and the MFC was from 105.6 mg·ml^(-1) to 331.7 mg·ml^(-1). CONCLUSIONS Fukangle lotio has obvious anti-fungal activity and fungicide activity.
