摘　　要：目的　研究临床实验室医源性感染的控制与管理。方法　采用回顾性总结的方法 ,找出存在的问题 ,制定相关管理制度并采取相应控制措施。结果　最大限度地控制临床实验室医源性感染 ,保护了实验人员的健康安全。结论　制度健全、管理到位、控制措施得当 ,临床实验室的医源性感染可以得到有效控制。OBJECTIVE To research the effective methods for management and control of nosocomial infection in clinical laboratory in order to prevent the spread of virus diseases. METHODS The main problems were searched out by retrospective survey method, and could be solved through establishing a system of management and (reinforced) control measures. RESULTS To get the upmost control nosocomial infection, the staff′s safety and health were addressed when they worked in an infected area of laboratory. CONCLUSIONS It is an effective method that establishes integrity management system and reinforces control measures against the nosocomial (infection).
