摘  要:为研究下丘脑腹内侧核和背内侧核中神经元型一氧化氮合酶 (nNOS)与运动疲劳的关系,采用雄性大鼠经 4周大强度游泳训练制成运动性疲劳模型,用ABC免疫组织化学方法观测两核中nNOS阳性神经元的表达状况,并进行图像分析和统计学处理。结果显示:疲劳组大鼠两核中nNOS阳性神经元的数量和阳性产物面积均大于对照组 (P<0. 001 ),即两核中nNOS出现上调。结论:下丘脑腹内侧核和背内侧核中的nNOS神经元与运动疲劳的形成密切相关,NO可能在两核对疲劳应激反应的调节中发挥重要作用。This study is to observe the relationship between exercise-induced fatigue (EIF) and expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) in ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus (VMH) and dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus (DMH). on four-week high intensity swimming EIF model of rats. After EIF, the expression of nNOS within VMH or DMH was detected and quantified by using ABC immunohistochemistry technique. As compared with control, not only the number of nNOS immunopositive neurons was increased, but also the area for nNOS immunopositive structure was enlarged in both nuclei. Our data indicate that nNOS immunopositive neurons in VMH and DMH are closely related with EIF and that NO may play an important role in the regulation of EIF with VMH and DMH.
