摘  要:应用ANSYS软件对逆变器工作方式为二相导通星形三相六状态的稀土永磁无刷直流电动机的空载和负载电磁场特性进行了有限元分析。分析结果表明:正在研发的稀土永磁无刷直流电动机可得到近似方波的气隙磁感应强度,从而有效减少力矩脉动,提高电动机出力,电动机结构设计和材料选用合理;电源电压从0~100V变化时,电动机的电磁转矩逐渐增大,但增大率逐渐降低。当电源电压增至72V以后,电动机的电磁转矩增大率降至很小。Finite-element analysis of an electromagnetic field of Rare Earth Permanent Magnetic Brushless DC Motor has been studied by applying ANSYS, and its inverter works at two-phase electric star-connected 3-phase six state. An analytical solution shows that the Rare Earth Permanent Magnetic Brushless DC Motor which is studying in my laboratory can get a approximately square wave air-gap magnetic field density with well designed motor structure and well selected material. When the voltage of power source changes from 0 to 100V, the electromagnetic moment of motor gradually increases, but its increasing rate decreases gradually. After the voltage of power source increases to 72V, the increasing rate of the electromagnetic moment of motor is very small.
