摘  要:针对液态浸渗挤压复合材料成形过程实施难度大、质量难于控制的现状,开发了工艺过程开关控制系统,并编制了基于Windows98操作系统、C++ Builder5.0环境下可视化计算机开关量控制程序软件。利用数据采集系统进行关键参数监控,实时在线采集并同时显示3组工艺参数,计算机可按输入参数及现场情况控制成形过程。试验结果表明,该系统性能可靠,操作方便,为该工艺的实际应用奠定了基础。Liquid infiltration and extrusion process, as a method of forming composite tube, bar products from liquid metal in a single process, is a kind of new metal forming technology, which has been developed in recent years. But it is difficult to control the process of the semi-solid extrusion as well as the quality of the extruded products. For solving the problem, the switch control system is explored for the process. The corresponding visual software for this system is programmed based on Windows 98 and C++ Builder5.0. Based on this system, the data can be on-line collected, and three groups of parameters can be displayed in the same time, so that the key parameters can be monitored and the extruding process can be manipulated by inputting processing parameters or the actual state. The experimental results shows that this system for semi-solid extrusion composite process is more reliable and easier to operate for further application.
