溃疡康对胃溃疡小鼠胃粘膜保护作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察溃疡康对不同实验性胃溃疡模型的作用。方法　采用束缚水浸、乙醇、利血平诱导致小鼠急性胃粘膜损伤 ,以溃疡指数及胃粘膜组织学改变为指标 ,观察溃疡康对不同实验性胃溃疡小鼠胃粘膜损伤的影响。结果　不同类型急性胃粘膜损伤小鼠溃疡康预防组溃疡指数均较小 ,镜检胃粘膜损伤较轻。Objective: To observe the effects of the Traditional Chinese Medical herbs Kui Yang Kang (KYK) in experimental gastric ulcer on mice. Method : Three kinds of mice ulcer models induced by binding and water immersion-restraint stress(WRS), alcohol and reserpine respectively ;the extent of gastric mucosal injury was evaluated grossly and histologically. Results: The index of ulcer of each KYK pretreated group decreased in number and pathologic changes of gastric mucosa are less severe. Conclusion: The results show that the Kui Yang Kang could be significantly in antagnisim to experimental ulcers on mice induced by WRS and alcohol respectively.
