摘  要:用粉煤灰中分离提取的比重大于1、堆积密度500~870kg/m3厚壁高强微珠,与水泥和自制无机高分子热聚物发泡剂预混,制成流态泡沫混凝土,在常温常压养护条件下,600kg级抗压强度可以达到5~7MPa,700kg级达到10MPa以上,明显高于同级别的铝粉加气混凝土的强度,800~1600kg级达到承重材料的强度,具有节能利废、轻质高强、隔热保温性好、投资少、生产成本低、适于大体积浇注等特点,是一种多功能多用途的新型材料.The High Strength microspheres are extracted from fly ash,which specific gravity are more than 1 and packing density are 500~870kg/m 3.They can by made to flowing foamed concrete when premixing with cement and home made inorganic high pyrolytic polymer blister.Cured under normal atmosphere,this concrete has higher strength than the same level of aluminium powder aerated concrete.this foamed concrete is a multi functional and multipurpose building material,it has some properties such as utilizeing waste and saving energy,lightweight but high strength,thermal insulation and fewer investment,which not only fit for casting bulk mass,but also used as walling material.
