摘　　要：分别从硬件和软件的角度介绍了智能电压数据采集装置各部分的原理、功能 ,给出了串行通讯的程序流程图及部分程序。经调试证明 ,该程序简单、可靠 。This paper introduces the principle and function of intelligent voltage collecting system from the hardware & software. Through debugging, the flow diagram of serial communication software and a part of program. The program is simple, reliable, and it has high applicable value.
