摘 要:漂珠是从热电厂飞灰中漂选出来的油井水泥减轻剂。室内试验结果表明:漂珠能使水泥浆密度降为1.08—1.35g/cm^3;漂珠水泥石的抗压强度能满足完井作业和射孔工艺的要求。已用漂珠水泥固油层套管共16口井,其中优质井11口,合格井5口。In Tulufan-Hami Oil Field, Xinjang, the reservoir depth is 2830-3340m and lost circulation is common cases in drilling practice. Thus cementing in full well depth is required and the cement slurries used must be highly lightened. For this purpose hollow glass microspheres(HGMS) with density 0.6-0.7K/cm^3, particle size 2-200μm and compression strength 3,2-34 MPa are selected. The density of the cement slurries with HGMS introduced in different amount is decreased to 1.35(35%), 1.20(in60%) and 1.08 g/cm^2(in 100%), respectively. With increasing HGMS water to cement ratio must be increased, the set time is enlarged and the compression strength of sat cement is decreased. The later however can meet the requirements for cementing and shooting jobs. The lightened cement slurries have been used in cementing 16 wells with successes.
