摘 要:介绍了一种用于稠油开采的HNCY-2洗井液的配方及性能,考察了表面活性剂及助剂浓度等因素对洗井液性能的影响,初步探讨了洗井液的洗油去污和防蜡机理。现场试验证明,HNCY-2洗井液对胶质沥青质的洗涤效果较好。与热水相比,HNCY-2洗井液具有较高的洗井效率和较长的有效期。Jinlow and Gucheng Oil Fields,Henan,are featured by low reservoir temperature(18-35℃ and 35-50℃ respectively), high viscosity(66-8583 and 76-7079mPa·s at 50℃ and high resine-asphalt(and wax) contents of the crudes. The production in former is performed by cyclic steam injecion and in later by common recovery way. In both Fields well washing jobs by using hot water are frequent and appear not effective.On the basis of laboratory screening tests for crude washing efficiency and compatibility with formation water, a washing fluid, HNCY-2, is developed with basic formulation; 0.025-0.050% AE1910, a nonionic surfactant, 0.025-0.50% sodium β-stulfosuccinate, and 0.5-1.0% sodium tripolyphosphate. The washing fluids prepared in fresh and produced formation water are similar in their performance,Using HNCY-2 in 81 wells in Gucheng Oil Field leads to successfulness of washing jobs 84.5%, average period between jobs 57 days, that is,by 26 days more than before.In some wells increase in oil production and decrease in water content are observed and in most wells the flow back pressure and pump load are lowered.
