摘　　要：目的:探讨验证苯那普利(洛丁新)预防2型糖尿病无高血压病及糖尿病肾病(DN)患者肾脏并发症的作用。方法:将159例2型糖尿病患者随机分为苯那普利治疗组82例,对照组77例,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加苯那普利10mg/d,观察19个月。结果:治疗组患者尿白蛋白治疗前后无明显变化,而对照组患者试验结束时尿白蛋白明显升高,与治疗前相比P<0.001。结论:早期应用苯那普利对2型糖尿病患者肾脏有保护作用。Objective: To explore the preventing effect of Benazepril on complications of non - hypertensive type Ⅱ diabetes and diabetic nephrosis (DN). Method: 159 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were divided into two groups at random:82 patients in Benazepril group which Benazepril of 10 mg/d for 19 days was added to regular therapy;77 patients in control group received regular treatment. Results:There was no obvious change for urinary albumin before and after treatment in Benazepril group,but urinary albumin increased in control group (P<0.001).Conclusion: Early administration of Benazepril can protect kidney function in patient with type Ⅱ diabetes.
