木薯组织培养研究进展

摘　　要：从器官发生途径和体细胞胚胎发生途径,综述木薯(ManihotesculentaCrantz)组织培养研究进展。木薯器官建成可从顶端分生组织、单芽茎段、叶片、胚轴和子叶等外植体诱导发生。初级体细胞胚可从胚轴、子叶、叶片和花诱导发生,以初级体胚为材料还可进行体胚的循环培养。Regeneration of cassava(Manihot esculenta Crantz),both v ia organogenesis and somatic embryogenesis is reviewed.Organogenesis can be indu ced from many kinds of explants such as apical meristems,nodes with axillary bud s,immature leaves,embryonic axes and cotyledons.Primary somatic embryogenesis ca n begin with embryonic axes,cotyledons,immature leaves and flowers.Based on prim ary somatic embryos,cyclic somatic embryogenesis system can be developed.
