摘　　要：权力腐败对社会产生的影响和危害是巨大的。制约权力腐败的对策:建立完善的法规制度体系;明确一把手的地位与作用;强化权力决策的标准程序;找准反腐败的动力源;完善监督机制,实现权力的基本制衡。By analyzing the trait and harmfulness of power corruption, this article puts forward some measures to restrict power corruption, such as to establish and perfect law and regulation system, to make the position and function of the leader clear, to seek the way of restriction, to perfect supervision system, to realize the basic balance and restriction of power.
