摘　　要：针对机械行业对轴承钢丝的要求 ,介绍轴承钢丝生产用新设备气体保护强对流罩式退火炉 ,盘卷抛丸清理机、联合拉拔机组及倒立式拉丝机各设备的功能。气体保护强对流罩式退火炉具有加热速度快 ,温度均匀 ,氧化和脱碳少的特点 ;用抛丸法去除氧化铁皮时间短 ,效率高 ,是取代酸洗的可靠方法 ;生产大规格轴承钢丝 ,联合拉拔机是比较理想的设备 ;大盘重高速冷镦机用轴承钢丝的生产 ,用倒立式拉丝机是比较合适的选择。Contraposing the requirements for bearing steel wire in machinery industry,to introduce the new equipment used as production of bearing steel wire and the functions of such equipments as cover type anneal furnace with gas protection strong convection,wire rod cleanup machine with casting pill,combining wire drawn machine and headstand wire drawing machine. The cover type anneal furnace with gas protection strong convection has such advantages as fast heating,even temperature,less oxidation and decarbonization. By means of casting pill to remove surface iron oxide, the time is short,efficiency is high,which is a reliable method to take place of pickling. The combining wire drawn machine is a more ideal equipment to produce thick bearing steel wire. The headstand wire drawn machine is a suitable equipment for the production of heavy coil bearing steel wire for high speed cold heading.
