摘　　要：目的 :综述溶血栓酶 (促纤维蛋白溶解剂 )在血栓中的临床应用概况 ,借以评价其疗效与安全性。方法 :采用国内外文献进行分析与评价。结果与结论 :抗血栓酶进展迅速 ,可解除肺栓塞、脑梗塞等深部栓塞 ,为临床预防和治疗缺血性中风 (脑血栓 )OBJECTIVE:To summarize the aspect of clinical usage o n anticoagulant enzyme(fibr inolysis p romoter),and evaluate their clinical efficacy and safety.METHODS:To collect med ical literatures in recent years at home and abroad.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Advance in anticoagulant enzyme has been swift in recent years,it can relieve pulmonary embolism and cerebral embolism,so anticoagulant enzyme plays an important part in prevention and treatment of apoplexy.
