摘  要:基于ObjectARX进行了有限元前处理图形交互输入模块的开发 ,实现了有限元前处理几何信息的交互输入、自动转化以及后处理图形输出的有序管理 ;并以VC作为开发平台 ,进行了有限元分析系统的集成。同时利用AutoCAD2 0 0 0的部分菜单加载机制 ,设计了有限元分析专用图形界面。利用本研究开发的有限元集成系统 ,对Φ84 0HDS快速车轮镦粗、预成形工步进行模拟分析 ,得到毛坯成形过程的塑性流动规律及模腔充填情况 ,分析结果与实际生产情况一致。分析研究了镦粗压下量对预成形模腔充满的影响 ,在工艺设计条件下 ,镦粗相对压下量为 75 %左右时 ,预成形充满情况最好。Based on objectARX, a graphics system of FEM is exploited, the problems of geometrical information interactive input, automatic data exchange in FEM pre-processor and pro-processor graph management are solved. The FEM analytical system is organically integrated under the environment of VC. Meanwhile,by means of the mechanism of partial menu loading of AutoCAD2000,FEM analytical special purpose graphical interface is designed. With the developed system, the upsetting and pre-forming process of Φ840HDS railroad wheel are simulated. The flow pattern of metal and filling of die cavities during forming processes are obtained. The results of simulation is identical with that of manufacture on spot. The influence of the upsetting reduction on filling of perform is studied. When the upsetting reduction is 75%, the perfect filling can be obtained.
