摘 要:应用Brabender挤出机制备ABS接枝物ABS g MAH,讨论了反应过程中温度、转速、单体MAH和引发剂DCP用量对接枝率的影响,并研究了接枝物对PA6/ABS合金的增容作用,用扫描电镜观察了分散相的微观形态。实验表明,在合适的温度下,转速为30r/min、DCP用量为1%、MAH用量为5%时,ABS g MAH的接枝率可达2 3%;PA6/ABS/ABS g MAH共混物配比为90∶8∶15时,合金的冲击韧性有较大提高,其它性能也有所改善。Grafting reactant ABS-g-MAH was prepared by grafting MAH to ABS in the brabender single screw extruder,and the effects of reation temperature,rotative speed,the content of MAH and DCP on grafting ratio were discussed.The compatibilization of grafting reactant on PA6/ABS alloy was investigated,and micromorphology of dispersed phose was observed by scanning electron mirror.The experiment showed that when at appropriate temperature,rotative speed was 30r/min,the content of DCP was 1%,MAH was 5%,grafting ratio of ABS-g-MAH was 2.3%;When the content of PA6/ABS was 90∶8,compatibilizer ABS-g-MAH was 15,impact toughness of PA6/ABS alloy was obviously increased,and other properties were also improved.
